Chicken LolliPops
1 INGREDIENTS
* Chicken drumsticks with skin 12
* Eggs 2
* Green chillies, ground 6
* Ajinomoto 1/4 tsp
* Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
* Garam masala 1/4 tsp
* Chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
* Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
* Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
* Maida 50 gms
* Ginger paste 1 tsp
* Garlic paste 1 tsp
* Yellow colour a pich
* Water 1/2 cup
* Oil as required
* Salt to taste
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
1. Boil the drumsticks with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tsp salt with worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes.
2. Remove and cool.
3. Mix all ingredients thououghly, except drumsticks and prepare a thick batter.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan, dip drumsticks into the thick batter and fry on medium heat to a light brown colour.
5. Garnish and serve hot lollipops with sauce.
